Late check out time

Upon check in our room was also allocated to another couple who entered our room. The staff were not apologetic and offered no compensation. Also it was very expensive for what was offered.

Very practical to spend a night waiting for other flights.

Comfortable for 1 night and airport transfer.

There was a problem with transfer times as bus was also servicing another establishment so we could not get the time we wanted.No transport arrived for us. Luckily the night manager, Adrian, was able to call for another taxi and refunded the fare as we were late by then. Another problem was the lift which was not working (again)

I love the reliability of knowing that I don't have to worry about the room being clean (because it always is that the bed will be comfortable and that the shower will be as good as my shower at home

I found it noisy and didn't really get a good night's sleep. People seemed to be clunking in and out at all hours of the night. Why don't they think "oh, it's 4am, I'd better not chat loudly in the corridor as I might wake other people up" but they don't, they talk and and allow doors to clunk shut which is disturbing for the person trying to sleep! Obviously at peak occupancy you couldn't do this, but in quieter times of the year, it would be ideal if you could position people in the hotel according to what time they'll be getting up in the morning! That would be less disturbing for people wanting to sleep through those leaving at 4am!

Warm welcome at reception; close to airport for early flight, facility to weigh luggage, warm and comfortable. Speedy check out

Clean, even though I had a smoking room

Staff very helpful and patient. Close proximity to Bristol Airport Quiet bedroom at rear of premises away from adjacent main road (A38). Pleasant meal.

Restaurant area not separated from adjacent lounge area and a little 'austerely' furnished but acceptable nonetheless.

It was great we only had 3 miles to airport and your hotel is first class
