I liked almost everything.
For the past 2 times I've stayed at this hotel, something has been broken in the room: this time I had 2 phones in the room and neither worked; the last time, there was a broken light fitting. I always book a smoking room, in advance, but there always seems to be a "fight" at reception to actually get one. Also, I paid cash for room service and the member of staff who brought it to me never returned with my change: he must have pocketed it instead.

Large hall, lifts, room, bathroom.
Check the path for people who come from the airport terminal: I went straight ahead instead of turning left and I realized after a bit. Not possible to open the window. The text above this table has sentences in italian mixed with another language (catalan?).

Having stayed in the past we like the calm relaxed environment throughout the hotel and its very convenient access to the Terminal. We shall return in the near future.
The cost of the food is rather high. We wolud have had the salad bar but there were surprisingly many flies on the food which was totally uncovered.

The check in was swift efficient and the concierge service was exemplary
I chose yoghurt and fruit. The oranges were off and alcoholic and the tinned pear was so hard I could not cut it with a knife and fork so I paid £14 95 for a roll and a spoonful of yoghurt. Plus a c of coffee. Bad value and a miserable customer.
