Radisson Blu Hotel London Stansted Airport

Swimming pool sauna , steam, room Choice for breakfast , very efficient girl in charge , and helpful staff I had to get boarding cards printed , again concierge most helpful , Were able to check in early as we had flown in from Milan Were able to check out late, much appreciated Had we stayed in central London checking in early and checking out late would have been big problem ( Also very Impressive wine rack )

We enjoyed the very nice clean room, large beds and en suite and the breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient being close to the airport departure and arrival. We were relieved that there was no noise from the aeroplanes due to the good double glazing. We also enjoyed being able to have a refreshing swim in the pool and the Sauna. Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel was a great enhancement at the beginning and end to our holiday and we would certainly recommend it to our friends and would like to come again sometime in the future.

The cost of your wine is exaubitent . The first room we were put in Stunk of cigarette smoke and the second room had air con which Didn't work so we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Most unsatisfactory ....

The food was extremely over priced. We had 2 sirloin wraps one was not edable and we complained. It cost £13.95. There was hardly any steak in it and full of grilse.We were told it was the most complained about food. The main restaurant were just interested in large parties of people which they gave priority too. The toilet in the hotel room was dirty to the point I took a picture of it. It was suppose to be a queen bed but was two small beds pushed together. In short a part from being close to the airport I was glad we were there for only one night.The parking wasn't good as there were no parking spaces I had to leave my car on the side of the road.

Empty glasses outside our room in afternoon still there that night. Reception did not have info on train/bus timetable to local town Bishop Stortford.
