Jay in reception was very helpful and kindly reallocated our room to a airport side room so that our daughter who is mad about airplanes presently could see al the lanes her heart desired.
The service and the Bar area was atrocious! every time a bartender would look up they'd ask who was next and at one point one asked customer's to line up! its was generally disogganised

Good sized rooms, well appointed and well equipped.
Disappointed that the hotel still uses high energy light bulbs throughout. You would benefit from an environmental review of your operations.

The pool! There was a problem with our room (we were given a triple which left no room for the travel cot. On the one hand the receptionist probably should have not given us that room, but on the other hand it was sorted really quickly and easily)
I was very disappointed with the opening time of the Italian restaurant. It bills itself as being family friendly but opens about half an hour too late to be suitable for feeding young children in. It was very noticeable that the first customers were families as, like ourselves, they wanted to feed their children before seven o'clock.

Check in was fast efficient and thorough, excellent location to airport for early morning flight, will stay again Despite the fact that there was a large party on the room was very quiet for an excellent nights sleep.
