We can say that this hotel is considered one of the best around considering the fact that the service it provides and also a shuttle service to reach the airport without any problems at any time. I was in the last month and three people were Italian but I can assure you return to this hotel to the comfort and kindness that I found. giancarlo rebec

A disapponting experience. The hotel was 'tired' and in need of a makeover.

Good reliable transfer to airport, and morning alarm call.
The first hotel room was dirty and the shower curtain did not fit- resulting in aflooded bathroom. The bedding had not been changed from the previous guest! However, the stff were very apologetic and I changed room. This was better. Breakfast was poor quality and the coffee machine was out of water! This area was dimly lit.

Considering its quite a new hotel the room needed a refresh, the bathroom wasn't very clean especially the shower curtain and round the bath and there wasn't enough towels.These were given to us on request but they weren't of a great quality.

The reception area and restaurants were excellent. the pick up and drop off to the airport is a bonus.
They didn't have any outside lights on and therefore you couldn't take a stroll during the evening.

Hotel was fine but the shuttle bus from the airport left a lot to be desired as we had to wait 30 minutes in the wind and rain and make three phone calls before the transport arrived.

Overnight stay to get early flight from airport.
