Undoubtedly, the cleanliness and order. Also, the location itself is superb, across the river, 10 minutes Gungenheim Museum and Old Town. Similarly, value for money is right.

The location
The reception staff is very unfriendly. I have a complaint to explain I think I have hired a triple room with breakfast. Continental breakfast, the location of the hotel between old and new city, everything within walking distance, nice hotel, nice rooms (with bathroom too small), clean.
The staff at the desk was unfriendly to say the least and most of English is limited to 'sign', 'pay' and 'go there'. The staff in the breakfast room and the room is friendly and polite. Remarkable ...

As you can see everything and I liked the offer, as the price we had through the web, could not be better.
I traveled a lot and I know that is a common problem not only in hotels but also in private houses. There are customers who can not behave, that they forget that there are other customers who do not have the same rhythm and that if they talk loudly in the hallways or in the rooms and put the TV with the sound loud, annoy the neighbors. This has been the only problem in two points in time and late at night. It's not your fault but I say this because I run more quietly saying that some people do not think of others.
