Although only an overnight stay this is the second time we have had one night with you and met a ferry to the UK the following day. We thought that it was good on the first occasion but the physical improvements that you have made has made it rather special. Location splendid, comfort excellent, service very good, food wonderful. Bilbao a fascinating city. We will be back for a longer stay. Although the G & T was expensive the overall cost of the stay was very good.

Basically the conviently situated site. Service was good. The set price menu for the buffet was of good quality and well priced9 went back for another on the Sunday night to find it occupied by private group so ate at the small place near the bar and found that satisfactory (about 7/8 on scale)
As usual the internet area was in hot demand

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day.
