The proximity of the bus station.
Clean very limited at the stained carpet and blankets as well. Odor of the room. no hairdryer. Deposit for the remote and poor breakfast synonymous canteen!.

A supermarket next door, bus-stop about 50 meters away. Staff were friendly and they were able to converse in English.
I would not recommend "light-sleepers". Extremely noisy even in the wee hours of the night since it is located next to the highway/flyover.Even rooms that were not facing the highway were equally noisy.Triple bed room was actually a double-deck bed & a single bed. It is not practical for adults especially those above medium size who will have difficulty climbing up because the rooms are small with limited space.
