Hotel Reseda

The hotel was well situated and the staff were very friendly ,polite and helpful

The mattresses were not very comfortable

J'ai surtout apprécié : - La facilité avec laquelle j'ai fait ma réservation, - La chaleur de votre personnel et ses compétences pour bien nous renseigner, - Votre emplacement via les divers transports, - Le sentiment de sécurité même si l'acccès à l'hôtel avait l'air facile pour tous, - Être situé au premier étage, - La qualité des escaliers, - Les lumières qui s'allument automatiquement dans les passages. - Le peu d'achalandage au lobby, - Un lit convenable, - Deux journaux pour lire les nouvelles.

Il y a un progrès évident à réaliser au niveau : - Informatique pour tous, - Adaptateur pour recharger notre ordinateur, - Le bruit permanent dehors..! - Aucun ajustement pour la température de la chambre, - La douche est une passoire sur le plancher, - Une savonnette pour les mains, sans aller sous la douche, - L'odeur de la cigarette dans les passages et la qualité de l'air rempli de particules poussiéreuse, - Plus de variété au petit déjeuner, - Le nom de l'hôtel, tout à fait incongru et dans une langue étrangère. Je crois que même nos cousins français qui voyagent à l'interne ont droit à plus de respect face à la langue de Molière. De plus cela crée une confusion avec l'autre bouche de métro. Pourquoi pas : Hôtel Galliéni (personnage très connu mondialement). - Un coffret pour la sécurité, - Peu d'éclairage pour la lecture, - Absence d'un cadran.

The beds were comfortable.

Our group had 3 rooms. 1 of the 3 was dirty and no door to the bathroom. The breakfast was lacking. I never saw any ham or eggs or cheese. They were out of yogurt and croissants and were not refilled 1 hour before breakfast was over.

Unfortunately we could not use the reservation, by the illness of my wife, who could not travel. We have communicated this hotel. m.vr.gr.

It was easy to find and cheap.

The triple room very small. If you only go to sleep and the rest of the day is out .... perfect.
