Nice hotel, good location, good facilities, breakfast OK, OK restaurant, staff OK. Especially recommendable!

When the reception phone to someone who entered had been informed "Oh, sir then I reserve for you a room at the front, you have a nice / beautiful views" while we are on the 7th floor were stationed and difficult-to very unattractive zij-/achterzijde looking forward ...

Nice comfortable rooms, slept well. The breakfast was good. Location near zoo and shops is also good. If you want you can take the metro or other public transportation very close by. Swimmingpool is a bit small, but nice to relax a bit and take a sauna

Excelent Hotel but it is not in the niciest area (in front of the Central Station. I advise to book an Hotel in the Historic Centre.

Historic Centre, Diamond Museum, Central Station, Diamond Area
The Jacuzzi was broken during all the stay.

It was a nice opportunity to stay on walking distance of the Elisabeth concert accomodation. Very nice accommodation.

It took a while to queue and check in, but overall very good hotel. Breakfast is a great variety of food with nice station view. Will stay again on next trip for sure. Thanks!

There is a staff at the reception who was not friendly to visitors and other hotel staffs.

Very friendly staff, big room, big bed and beautifull view at the station. Nespresse coffeemachine was a nice surprise. Bathroom okay, cleaning not so good: found two black hairs on the toiletseat.

The big hotelroom with all the comfort in it.
