Toffe kamer met erg fijn groot bed
Wachtrij bij het ontbijt was erg lang en niemand is daar blij mee.

Midden in de stad en toch heerlijk rustig. Comfortabele en schone kamer. Ondergrondse parking.
Ontbijtzaal kan het aantal gasten nauwelijks aan. Hulde aan Restaurant manager Jamal die dit toch in goede banen weet te leiden.

Conveniently located right next to the central station in the city centre, easy to get to anywhere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and a true asset to Radisson.
Ran out of HP Sauce at breakfast... devastated. Seriously though, no, could not find fault with anything.

Nothing.
That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

Nice hotel with nice bar that we used as a meeting point because we are all at a different time invaded
Taxis were hard to find at the reception. Finally after a long wait came to an incorrect taxi

I didn't stay at the Radisson - the staff very kindly moved me to their sister hotel, the Park Inn. The staff was very helpful. Although convenient to the train station, noise levels on the main square can be intolerable (work crews set up directly in front of the hotel working all night).
Noise levels at the Radisson and overall lack of cleanliness were an issue. The Park Inn was much better, although noise levels from outside were still an issue.

The personnel was very helpful, especially as we left something in our room and they found it and phoned us back. Excellent service!
