De Keyser Hotel

The hotel is well situated for visiting the city of Antwerp and overlooks a bustling street in which there are many restaurants and bars.

Some equipment in the rooms of the hotel looked old and worn (maintenance and replacement)

Location is central

No resstaurant facility but plenty of restaurants in the area.

Security in the hotel and helpful staff, buffet breakfast, the price of the room.

No clean room dust behind and around the television, hand towels with black spots, emitting an air conditioner noise, no swabs, no free water for drinking (fee), we actually pay the room on arrival before the occupation.

We booked online, via eurobookings.com and got a good rate for one night inclusive breakfast.Good Price......

However, was disappointed with the room. 1) No Net Curtains, so had to keep main curtains closed for privacy. 2) Mini bar did not work and all drinks were warm 3) Air conditioning dripped water at times. 4) Safe did not work, battery empty. On the whole we enjoyed our stay in Antwerp and the location of the Hotel, but as the points above,indicate we were very disappointed with the room and happy it was only a one night stay, as we really only used the room to sleep. Breakfast was good, but dining area very small and busy. 5) Carpet very dirty and stained. 6) Bubble bath did not work. 7) Silicon around bath broken out. On the whole we enjoyed our stay in Antwerp and the location of the Hotel, but as the above points indicate we were very disappointed with the room and happy it was only a one night stay, as we really only used the room to sleep. Breakfast was good, but dining area very small and busy.

Positive and worth repeating. GOOD BREAKFAST, HOTEL TOP LOCATION! CHAMBER AFTER UPGRADING OF 16, - EURO ALSO GOOD, DO SOMETHING OUTDATED BATHROOM.

The fact that we do not take into account the wishes expressed in the reservation made well in advance! Déffectueuses two lamps in the room. No cap or in the sink, or in the sink! Dishes enough for breakfast on Saturday morning + long time waiting for hot water for tea, eggs, apple, ...
