I appreciated the fact that there was a fitness center I could use as well as the restaurant at the hotel
Some of the equipment in the fitness center wasn't working properly (cables weren't working).

This is a great location being onthe tram line. There isnt anything much around though. Nice pool, the kids loved it and it is so new and well appointed in its design, the breakfast buffet is, lovely.

Das überaus freundliche Personal, das umfangreiche und exquisite Frühstücksbuffet, das Pool.
Es gab beim Pool nur eine Dusche, die auch nicht richtig funktionierte; ein Hinweis, dass eine 1-Franken-Münze für die Schränke benötigt wird, wäre hilfreich gewesen; schön hätten wir gefunden, einen Bademantel im Zimmer vorzufinden, mit dem man zum Pool hätte fahren können.

Empfang war sehr freundlich. Konnten unser Zimmer auch schon morgens um 11.00 beziehen. Frühstück war super
Waren mit unseren zwei Kindern unterwegs. Haben um 17.00 an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob jemand bitte das Bett (Sofa) aufbetten würde. Herr an der Rezeption meinte dann schicke erst halt jemand rauf. Als wir um 23.00 ins Hotel kamen, war nichts passiert. ( was wir auch nicht erwartet haben). Schade...oder wenn man es selber machen muss, kann man das ja auch einem mitteilen.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
