Room, comfort, garden view from room.
We were unable to get into our room until approx 5pm,instead of 3pm as stated.
Price of drinks were very expensive.

The hotel was perfectly positioned for our stay and we had a greatr view over the racecourse, food was very good, Sharon on reception was exceptional nothing was to much trouble for her, she even brought extra pillows to our room when m#no one else was about and when we had a problem with our key card for the third time she came with us to make sure it was ok so we did not have to walk all the way back, Brilliant Girl,
The bed was to soft for us as we prefer a firmer bed, and we woke with aching backs,
Some of the decoration could do with a clean up in the Grandstand Rooms for the price we paid you would expect a little more finese,

La distanza dal centro di York. Una lunga passeggiata. L'impressione al momento della prenotazione che era vicino al centro.
