I booked my family into the inn over Christmas and they were very happy with the bedrooms and service. The only complaint from my daughter was that the coffee on Boxing Day breakfast wasn't great but no complaints other than that. I would certainly book them into the Inn next time.

The staff were first class, polite and very efficient, the hotel is excellent. We will see you again in November next year.
Absolute chaos in the kitchen at breakfast time.
No Sky Sports 2 on the lounge television which resulted in several of having to go to local pubs to watch the rugby

The shower
It was far too noisy. Myself and my children were absolutely exhausted. Even after telling the receptionist the noise continued.
On departure, we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay.
The cooked breakfast could of had more taste, it was quite insipid.

Nice clean new bathrooms and free parking.
Scrambled eggs for breakfast which had a strange taste and limited supply of fruit yoghurt.

Card for room kept needing to be reprogrammed. Twice per day!
