After being dissappointed with the booked room the hotel personall was very helpfull upgrading us into a deluxe double room. Very nice rooms.
Std. Rooms are different from what was advertised on the internet. Small and not very nice. Dissapointing. Family Hotel, a lot of children around

The shower belongs to the 19th century, never worked properly. Too bad such a small thing spoils the impression. The hotel was too big, took ř minutes go from the room to the reception.

We loved the swimming pool facilities which was very clean. The suite we stayed in was well equipped and perfect for a family of 4.
More attention to replacing toiletries such as toilet rolls and shower gel as we had to ask for these items. Also due to the proximity to Heathrow airport I would expect that customers (as we did) would request scales to check the weight of the their luggage. I asked a member of staff about walking into Windsor and was givena map of the route and told it would take about 40 minutues walk. It took over 1 and half hours following the route he said. Also we asked about a recommendation for a resturant and of a group of 4 staff memebers none knew the lcoal area. Staff should be better informed of the area to assist with these requests.

Location Gym and swimming pool
Huge queues at check-in (For a hotel this size they need more staff at busy periods) Room was poor. I've stayed at Beaumont House before and there are some spacious high quality rooms, but this was very, very basic.

Superb location in the park, the ambience of the old part of the hotel with beautiful public rooms, good connections to London. Following complaints regarding cleanliness and "beauty" of the room, immediately opens the possibility to refer to another room.
- The English breakfast .. (But the hotel can not ..)

This is one of the best hotels We have stayed at it was a pleasure from the start of our break to the end, would love to stay again but in the white house next time.

The location and facilities.
Long walk to room and difficult to find, communication with some staff diifficult due to many staff not speaking good English.

Value for money only at the weekend offers reasonable, otherwise too expensive and it should give your own business offers business travelers, especially beautiful facility, excellent quiet location with good transport links (motorway and airport)

Fantastic atmosphere and excellent dining options
Lack of a minibar in the room, cleanliness of the rooms just enough

Rooms could be somewhat larger; the room cleaning was not for the standard perfect! However, the whole plant and the geographic location are nearly perfect. The breakfast leaves open no wishes.
