Good value but a fair way from london attractions

Bar and restaurant appear to have been recently refurbished. Small Bedrooms,corridors look a little sad and in need of paint and new carpet. Close to airport, you get what you pay for.

A no-frills hotel, but comfortable and definitely convenient.

It is unfortunate that you do not advertise that there are no lifts in the hotel. It makes it very difficult with heavy luggage - although one of your staff kindly assisted me by giving me a room on the first floor.

The hotel needs refurbishment. The car park was over full with no obvious place to unload whilst registering and with no help on offer to do so. There was no direction given to the room by check in staff, no help with luggage and no lifts. We had to struggle with bags up stairs through a maze of corridors on our own.

Room very hot - no ability to open window. Breakfast should be included in the price of the room... or sould be able to ordrer a la carte as many of us do not want a full breakfast or even a continental at the prices you are charging. Staff was courteous and friendly.
