The location was excellent with a good reliable hoppa bus service to the airport. After checking out I had many hours to fill in so it was pleasant to be able to sit in the outdoor area at the back and enjoy some lunch in the sunshine.

We were pleased with everything that that hotel offered us in our short stay. It is ideal for the ease of acces to Heathrow. The resraurant food was excellent and the breakfast was among the best we have ever had.
The fee of 10GBP for overnight parking is a bit steep; perhaps 5GBP would be more realistic for casua travellers.

The convenience and accessibility to London centre. Able to have a much needed rest and relaxation in our room. Made use of the on site restaurant which was appreciated and enjoyed. It was a pleasure to see many young families from different nations enjoying a break in London at Christmas time.
We would like to suggest some softer lighting in the restaurant in the evening creating a more relaxing atmosphere.
