Ideal location for Heathrow. Good value.

Good sized room with a comfy bed.

Free wifi was only free for 30 minutes then you had to pay.

Quiet location.

No-one at the door to assist arrivals. I had a handicapped husband as well as luggage to drag into the lobby, and only when I asked for assistance did the desk clerk carry the bags to our room. Same on departure. No assistance offered. The coffee provided in the room curdled as soon as I added the milk. Went to the front desk and got replacement milk, which also curdled the coffee. So we gave up on a drink. The sink in the room was blocked up and it was too late for Housekeeping to fix it, so we were offered an alternate room. I had to make 3 trips to transfer our baggage to the new room. At dinner in the restaurant we were asked for our room number, so naturally assumed that it would be charged to the room. However, at 10 o'clock the restaurant called us and wanted to come up to the room to collect the money. We had already gone to bed due to an early start next morning.

It was convenient to the airport and bus service.

We had prepaid for two nights but when I checked my Visa after getting home, I saw that we had been charged again for the second night. I phoned from home (Ontario)- not sure how much the phone call will be - and the hotel promptly credited my Visa - in pounds so I might lose something on the conversion to dollars. I guess they did what they could to fix the problem.

Convenient for airport.

Staff at reception should not tell guests they "look tired" - I had not travelled that far to the hotel, I was not wearing any make up and I was ready to go to sleep early, since I was leaving very early the next morning. I did not appreciate to be told I looked tired.

I had a very short stay at the hotel waiting for an early morning flight. The best features were the price and the location.
