We specially appreciated that there was a fee bus service to terminal 5
Difficult to get under the shower, it was too near the wall and taps and I am not fat!!

Very quiet and comfortable with friendly staff. Couldn't be closer to the airport! Good interior design and nice functional rooms

The greeting from Ren was exceptional, his customer focus was the best we encountered in England.
Breakfast staff were abrupt and tried to rip us off with incorrect charging.
When we paid our account, we were questioned as to what we had consumed for breakfast. very confronting, and definately not welcoming.

I was between two flights. can't imagine another reason to stay nearby the airport

For the short period of time,and as for the first time their?I think all went well.The room clean/comfortable,security very good,front desk professionals,especially Mr.Poudel the front desk manager ,very understanding and helpful,so is the rest of the staff ,parking lot was little small but secured.My overall was good.thanks G.Shuhaibar
