Staff very pleasant & friendly, nice clean & tidy room, breakfast room clean & tidy. We enjoyed our stay albeit for only one night.
Had problem with one lift not reading the card key. Parking spaces were a bit tight.

Staff were good no problems there
Wasent very happy about breakfast hot food was very cold we stayed last october and the standered of breakfast has droped

It was exactly the right location for our purposes - visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour. Easy access from Watford Junction station, which was only 20 minutes by train from London. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Hot buffet breakfast welcome on a cold, wet December day.

Nice and quite at night. Close to train station and bus to Warner Bros studios
Put in disabled facilities room that were not required and red emergency cords caused more problems regarding the supervision of my child in the room, not to accidentally pull them. Then the shower room did not drain effectively in the morning when used and everything on the floor was soaked. So I had to leave with a lot of wet items for a dAYS SIGHTSEEING - NOT WHAT i HAD PLANNED

The hotel is clean and comfortable. And very quiet despite being near a railway.
We stayed here to visit the Harry potter tour as it's location is perfect.
Very close to watford junction. Breakfast is simple but adequate.
The staff were very helpful and informative.

The location was ideal for us to visit Harry Potter, the bus station being just around the corner, also there was the Flag Pub which provided us with a well cooked meal and great value for money.

The Staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful,it was very clean and the breakfast was great.The location was just perfect for Harry Potter fans ,just a minute walk to shuttle bus to warner bros studio and trains to London.I would also like to say a special thank you to Anu at reception who was very very helpful.

Can not fault this hotel. Booked it for my boyfriends birthday weekend where we went to Harry potter world & then the following day to London to see a show. Location was excellent, staff were all extremely friendly & helpful. Will definitely be returning in the future. We didn't hold much expectation being a holiday inn express but was pleasantly surprised. Would defo recommend to friends & family. Thank you
