Location perfect for our needs, hotel room quiet, clean, shower spacious. Staff really helpful and able to speak English - went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

vry clsoe to teh station, very eassy to transfer to teh airpot
Within wolking distance of the historical city center

In my hour of need as my car was broken into Brussels
centre I arrived at the Ibis Waterloo stressed Not alone was the Welcome
Lovely The wonderful lady at the desk found me a Car Glass replacement
Centre she booked it to be done for me and all this happened on late Saturday
Afternoon.I was on my way back to Ireland.
Well done and a million thanks.
Now home safe
