I was so much impressed by the extremely high standard of service and warm hospitality. Honestly, I was all beyond my expectations.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. I would reccomend the hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay in Warsaw.

Perfect services, everything was in order and ready when we arrived. Room was always clean, although the language barrier was unbreakable, hotel staff rarely spoke English. Room service, cleaning, laundry are all excellent. The bar downstairs has a pleasant atmosphere as well, gym on the 31st floor was almost always empty and in mint condition. Location is everything, and there is hardly any better, 5 minutes from Novy Swiat, 5 from that big mall across from the Palace of Culture, etc.. Would definitely recommend it.
