Trato del personal y limpieza.

It was a reasonable room, but the bathroom was very nice. The food from the resturant was very nice and reasonably priced. The young man working the late shift was very friendly and helpful.

The area around the hotel was a bit like downtown Sarajevo during the 1990s! I wasn`t actually shot myself, but felt like it was a distinct possibility. The person who greeted us to the hotel was not the most friendly person to have greeting guests, we did not find out his name, but `Weird Bob` as we called him, would often communicate in short bursts of grunts, then remain silent and stare at the walls! The restaurant would stop serving food at exactly 9:30pm, this caught us out the first time we decided to have food at the hotel. I understand that the restaurant cannot be open all night but it would have been nice if we could have had at least a small snack.

Very polite staff at reception, pleasant rooms and well maintained.

Breakfast was very basic to a minimum: different sandwiches were and were not completed.

It was beautiful. but breakfast is like. for the price you can not say ... It was muitissimo lindissimo. Merci.

All. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Super comfortable. Bedding genial. Very well insulated from noise.

No restaurant on weekends, but the staff offered fast food (toasted, pizza etc).

Everything about my friend's oxygen delivery was well handled by the staff.

Early check-out by 11:00. Lot to pay extra to check out after 11:00.

It is clean, close to the station and the office I am visiting. I had a good night sleep.

The hotel is small, a bit dark and more a B&B type. My room had some funny smell as well and I have to leave the window open for good few hours.
