Everything! The welcome by the staff, the professionalism by the staff all request were fulfilled. Just the Beaty of the hotel seen in the inside decor, the rooms, the view, the outside areas and the cleaniness dove to the sweet cleaning staff. We can only recommend this hotel.
There was a minor thing. To use the indoor pool you have to pay 2.5 Euros for a swimming cap and we did not like wearing it. You do not have to use the cap in the jacuzzi though!

The room was nothing special, just comfortable and warm. The carpet of the room needs to be changed because it is noticed already have many, many years ... What about the old lady change a LCD TV? Finally, a Hotel that 5 years ago it was reasonable, now needs maintenance work URGENT! Then we went almost 10 minutes, standing (my wife pregnant!) With the bag, waiting for the reception could call with one of the maids! How can a 4 star hotel !!!!! Certainly not return to this hotel is not recommended by us.

Calm and quiet of the place, combined with a good indoor pool and an excellent restaurant. Too bad the common space are little hot, making it sometimes uncomfortable.

Globally, very much enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Santana, only sinning by poor soundproofing of the rooms.
I enjoyed the scenery, the cleanliness and comfort in that order.
Did not enjoy the low soundproofing in the rooms.
