Small, lovely hotel hidden away down a tiny alley near the Palanca vaparetto stop. Rooms spotless with high quality bathroom fixtures. Good breakfast in a sunny room. Front desk helpful with advice and recommendations. Great location on Giudecca, which is quiet and peaceful, and not too touristy feeling. There is easy, quick access by vaparetto to the more popular sections of Venice and other islands in the lagoon. There are an array of nice, small bars, shops, and restaurants nearby.

The ability to have coffee in the room the location
I booked a superior room? was not sure if that is what we had? I requested if a room became available on flr2 during our stay(which was 9 days)could we be moved, we saw that most people stayed 2 or 3 days - staff barely smiled and was overall not very welcoming bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable

Venice is lovely and the hotel staff was very friendly, especially the Roman gentleman that tells us "Canal View"! although it was not accurate was very simpatico. Argentina also the girl, so sweet, all good!.

Good staff, tasty food, clean and beautiful white room with great view. Nevertheless you should take vaporetto to get to hotel but that is great to do coz it is very silent and it has nice view.
You should ask pin code when you'd like to use Wireless internet every time and it is extremely slow..

Residence, we found for Venetian relations okay.

We had a room on the ground floor of the canal side. The Venice-typical "smell was unmistakable. This was especially at night was unpleasant, because we do not ventilate. The next time we ask for a room to the courtyard or on the upper floors.

Pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was terrific. The location was convenient.Overall, the experience was great.

The hotel is located in a quiet area which is a blessing. When you need a break from the throngs of San Marco, the hotel and its location is a welcome haven.

Very convienient,nice helpfull staff,good breakfast,comfortable and clean room,the hotel was easy to find.

Nice to come back to in the evening away from the crowds in st mark's square and have a drink outside one fo the bars along the water front.
The single beds could have been a few inches wider.

Configuration of bedroom was not the requested one. 1 large bed for 2 instead of 2 separate beds. It was possible to make 2 of the large one, but the bed tables prevented from separating them correctly. So if 2 beds required, ask for confirmation prior to your stay.

Location. breakfast room is nice. comfort is OK. May be prefer the upper rooms when hot season starts, or you may not open the windows.
