Beautiful surroundings, beautiful buildings. Nice common areas. Friendly staff.

Terrible bathroom, without a door! Incredibly responsive. Fortunately, the next room empty for two of our three nights at Las Calas, but everything that happened in the kitchen downstairs, we heard clearly.

The hotel has a beautiful garden. The rooms are basic but clean.

The hotel offers absolutely no services. Breakfast is barely edible, dirty the dishes and dinner (not recommended) is available only by appointment. Since the property is quite remote, we must first go to the next village to cater for themselves. The staff are out on your own and not necessarily competent. Is currently being built right vis-à-vis the rest area in the garden. The construction noise starts early in the morning.

Natural surroundings, friendly staff (except head), quiet

At the morning meal was smoked, the breakfast buffet was average (compared to other hotels on the island), the room rather dark. On the last morning we had to leave the hotel at 6.00 clock (car ferry Tenerife) to our question, whether before or we could get a little breakfast, we received from the head of the clear answer: no!

We had a strange room, with no door between bedromm and toilet but the place was clean and people friendly, but the evening meals were very ordinary and not up to the expected standard. ("recommended by a gourmet guide book")

The site is very nice, with an interior and exterior very neat. In contrast, the breakfast was little changed and the products were not renewed every morning. Worse, the room did not have a double bed and the time of the dinner was very early and there was posibiliadad taking any food until the next day at breakfast time. In spite of the latter, the site is well and we have spent on it an unforgettable weekend.

Hotel has no internet, mobile phone reception is poor in the environment, no easy connection to Las Palmas(it is not a busyness hotel). It is the perfect place to relax after a hard day of work, very quiet, green garden. Good breakfast
