Room was ok. Staff was pleasant enough.
1) The receipt does not have a phone number. When I got to the airport I didn't know where to call to order the van. 2) The van is too infrequent. After long travel waiting 30 minutes for a 5 minute ride is too a bad is too much.

Nothing.
That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

Close to the airport and that was breakfast so early in the morning on his way to an early flight.
Very stuffy and hot in the room, but it was understood in the middle of the heatwave. Air conditioning would have been nice!.
