The ease with which i was ablem to cancel my extended stay
General lack of / poor quality of normal facilities, attitude / non informative approach of staff --e.g. having bought an evening buffet and discovering the limitations of the selection i checked one of the covered containers and was abrutly told to put the lid back as "They are for other people"

This was our third visit to the Hotel and we would recommend it to all. Becaus we travel from England by train the hotel is an ideal location just across the road from the station.

A nice hotel which we enjoyed as a base of concerned. which is very disappointing was the pre-pay, and of course a currency system for the bar.

The bartender is a great host for the hotel. an asset and make sure you do not touch attributes.
Advance and non et per person could be sorted but everything from 1 credit card.
