IN MY OPINION, I feel cheated. ACCORDING TO YOUR BID, WAS THE WEEKEND WITH A SPECIAL ROMANTIC DINNER IN THE RESTAURANT VINATEA (tasting menu). Well, there was no such MENU, AND BECAUSE THERE IS LITTLE PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT OR ANY ERROR. GIVEN THE PRICE "SO HIGH" AND WITHOUT DINNER MENU tasting), THE TRUTH IS THAT WE DO NOT I got very happy.

More than satisfied with this hotel...excellent location for sight-seeing and bars/ restaurants. Helpful and courteous staff on all occasions. This hotel had been recommended to us and it certainly lived up to expectations.

We very much appreciated the extra map sent to us by the booking clerk and particularly the facility to have our car parked for us, after a pretty stressful drive through Valencia.
We were aware that tea/coffee making facilities were not included in the rooms, but even so, they were missed. Our bathroom needed a little updating, but we made that known to the hotel staff.

Service . best possible people.
TV came on at 2 and 4 o'clock in the night automatic. Noice from drinking people at 03 in the night at the outdoor chairs frokm neighbour restaurant

It was only upon arrival that I realised how well located the hotel is. In the beautiful old centre, walking distance from the more upmarket shops as well as the main shopping street, yet not on a busy road. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Didn't use breakfast in the hotel, so can't comment on that part.

The location! But also the friendly and helpful staff.

We were very impressed with the service especially considering our stay was during the last 3 days of Las Fallas! The staff was very nice and we really appreciate the cake you sent to our room in honor of our 30th wedding anniversary! It was a bit expensivse for us Americans though due to the weak dollar. Thanks for helping make our stay in Valencia very special!
