We arrived tired and hungry at 22.00 and the restaurant had just closed. The very helpful receptionist made sure that we were able to have toasted sandwiches which the restaurant manager kindly made for us.

I asked them what they have for amenity, and I prepared well. I also asked them to assign us the connecting room with twin and double bed. so, I think the hotel is not too good, but if you use and prepare well, you can enjoy it and you can get good value for the price.
The service is modified.. for the price.

About alg everything. Staff friendly and attentive.

Presence sauna. No long queues at the counter or in the restaurant.
I stayed for 2 nights. The bed was not made after the first night. In the gym changing rooms are not cleaned and vacuumed every day.

I accidentally double booked a hotel room through your service. You emailed me and called the hotel which notified me. I went through your website to cancel one of the reservations. for some reason that reservation didn't cancel and hence I was billed. I doubt that I will use your reservation site again and further to that the company that I work for in Utrecht is removing the hotel from ther approved provider list. This is the poorest service from any booking site and hotel that I have ever experienced
