The staff are ready and the customer is very friendly
The refrigerator in the bedroom might be a different place. The sound is very annoying when you sleep. If you shower in the bathroom is wet and with your feet too wet. Not very pleasant.

Comfortable bedroom + beds, really kind staff, helpfull with booking taxi + explaning nicely everything
Maintenance outside of the building including materials around the hotel + some of others inside the corridor like doors stacked on the corridor wall but it was not more imporant then expected nice stay in bedroom.

Friendly staff
There were rebuilding activities underway, are somewhat restless and no parking, but this was easily solved and the discomfort I had a bottle of wine, which is cleared. Bad, I found that there was no cushion there were no feathers / down, since I am allergic am for feathers. This, however, when I had already given up my reservation.

The power shower was nice
The staff were unhelpful, their appearance was disheveled, they could only offer twin beds - no doubles apparently! They had trouble locating an iron and had no ironing board to offer - customers had stolen it, was the explanation. the hotel was situated in the most dreary location, the room grubby and unwelcoming. all in all an unpleasant experience not to be repeated.

I found the room very proportionate "outright" and especially the bathroom. Further, all common, but that's all.
Staff was friendly and I could easily have let check.
The location seemed a construction site and its location was not optimal but easily accessible.

My room was above the kitchen and inside the room it was smelling like I was in a Mac Donalds all the time....
