Personnel agréable et disponible. Locaux propres. TV écran plat de très bonne dimension.
Les hôtels Mercure ont fait le choix de clients pour une nuitée seulement. Pour ceux séjournant plusieurs jours, comme moi, il n'y a aucune possibilité de rangement de son linge, aucun tiroirs...

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

The pool area was clean and quiet. The restaurant food was excellent. The room was newly refurbished.
A little further out from Brive centre(taxi was 15euros each way and the walk was not the easiest) The tennis court was not open. On arrival at hotel the booking had not been confirmed which delayed our check-in.

The hotel is well placed and very convenient when travelling through France. I did not try the restaurant of the hotel, but a restaurant nearby was cheap and reasonably good. The room was very clean, but unfortunately quite warm. My biggest ´problem´ was the matrass that was very soft and I completely sank away in it. I loved the fact that 3 min. after leaving the hotel I was back on the highway. In general the hotel is recommendable.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The location is only 200-300 m from the highway, but there was not much noise at all. Good parking place.
The room was very hot and the air-co was not working yet. The matrass was too soft.
