This is really an amazing hotel, the rooms are very large (especially for Italy) it has this real "loft feel". Obiosly it has not been renovated for years but this has no really importance since the style is really contemporary and design. We went for a weekend with my husband and our 4 year old daughter to go to the automobile d'epocca, its really convinient since its all in the same building, not to talk about the "la pista" wich is the test track on the roof of the hotel! Very impressive! Breakfast is also quite nice.

The staff was overall polite and friendly. When we asked them to recommend us a very good restaurant, they send us to a place nearby promising they where specialized in truffle and mushrooms, and that the place was of very high standard.Is was absolutely horrible, the food was nothing like good italien cooking and the place was very dirty. When confronting the staff at the hotel they where half laughing and not the slightest surprised!.

Beautiful open and spacious building and general service staff is prepared. Good breakfast.

The restaurant is a disaster of quality, while at the site and from photographs in the brochures suggest that we are dealing with a first class restaurant is the reality very poor to very bad. Cold dishes warmed by cooked meat, etc. etc. unimaginative quality and price depressing. 35 euros for a menu is normal but what was offered here for this amount was far below the mark. The room we had, in itself beautiful, was very noisy as the neighbors. The rooms were in contact with a door in the room itself. This was wholly inadequate insulation.

Very good hotel with excellent helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, an absolute pleasure to stay in. The 'gallery' within the building complex offers food and shopping close by.

Staff and overall atmosphere within the hotel.

Perhaps location is slightly out of town but when the 'tube' system opens that will be much less of an issue.

A satisfactory experience. In particular, I appreciated the fact that a small & quick breakfast was available (very) early in the morning.

It would be nice to have a (wireless, possibly - otherwise a longer Ethernet cable) Internet connection ...free of charge in all the rooms. I expect from such a good hotel to offer this service by default.
