Very nice rooms, quiet and comfortable, good bath/shower/WC.
Could have done with more coffee/tea - getting more was a hassle. Few English TV stations. No in house restaurant, though plenty locally.

Nice, efficient personeel.Redelijk near the center. Two types of breakfast, one for the "small" ontbijters, one for large. Qualitatively very well also.
The thick duvets to help you through a polar night but are too big and too thick in spring and summer.

This hotel definitely deserves four stars. The staff is very friendly and helpful, both in terms of reception, and breakfast and room service / maintenance. This is a hotel that without hesitation to friends and family recommend.

Main reason for choosing Mercure Troyes Centre: Location

We were very happy with our second stay in this hotel. Our only criticism was the very cramped (although separate WC). The Reception staff were charming and helpful tho' could have been better briefed about which restaurants are open on Sunday.

Excellent location with secure garage. Good room and breakfast was excellent value.
