Hotel Al Fogher

#1.Tijdens ons verblijf werd mijn dochter ziek, via de receptie werd er echt alles aan gedaan om een doctor te regelen. #2.Het eten was erg goed in het Al Fogher-restaurant. #3.Voor vertrek moest onze huurauto nog afgetankt worden, er werd met een persoonlijke tankkaart vanuit de receptie getankt, zodat ik contant kon afrekenen. Perfecte service / wilt u dit bericht aub in het Italiaans vertalen en verzenden aan de rectie van het hotel, een dikke pluim! We danken dan ook het personeel van Hotel Al Fogher heel hartelijk voor de prima service tijdens ons verblijf in het hotel in de periode van 13 febr. tot en met 15 febr.2013 / kamer 106 Met vr.groet, Amber en Chris van Dinther, Orlanda

Good location for airport and good value.

We were not asked whether smoking or non-smoking and were initially offered smoking rooms which stunk of stale cigarette smoke - they did change our rooms without any fuss because they did have the space - what if they hadn't spare rooms? If hotel has still smoking rooms, the choice should be asked for on the website when booking.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Breakfast perhaps was the only thing, and staff is kind - no objections to them.

Reservation for 2 adults and 1 child resulted in two-bed room, and our child is 8 years old and quite a big boy - extra bad was available for 25 EUR/night. We were told they expected a child to be less then 1 year old ?! Commercial said that this hotel was "bed and breakfast" but to our next surprise, breakfast was not included in the price when we booked and paid for the room through Internet. Breakfast was 10 EUR/person, 3 family members 2 days = 60 EUR.... Staff was kind and this all may be about interface of the booking site, but be aware of those hidden costs, it can really spoil everything for you. We were also disappointed that we could not find a single place to have a coffee and chill out in late afternoon/evening nowhere near the hotel (up to 15 minutes walking distance)...Did not like the location - next to the gas station with all the concrete environment either.
