Perfect location, very comfortable.
They should offer breakfast earlier than 5:00 am. I stay at a hotel inside the airport when I have to catch an early flight -- and I do not want to wait for coffee and food until I've gotten through airport check-in and security. I got the hotel's "breakfast in a box" for 8.50 euros -- the only way to have food before 5:00 am. It was a very poor excuse for a meal.

It was convenient and the staff were both friendly and helpful.
Actually, the hotel was fine; but we had stayed at another Novotel in th Roissy and found the facilities there to be much nicer.

We were very impressed, during both our stays at Novatel CDG this summer. The most amazing thing was that my e-reader, which I'd left behind in the room during the first stay, was waiting for me upon the second. We emailed Novatel--just a long shot--and got a reply from the manager saying they had it and it would be waiting for me. Unbelievable. We'll be back!
Yes, we were disappointed that we could not get a real dinner til 7 pm and even then, the menu was limited. We understand that in France, the dinner hour starts at 7 but Novatel guests are all over the world, on crazy travel and time zone schedules. Getting dinner beginning at 6 pm (5??) would be great for weary and hungry travelers. Bar was open for pizza, snacks, but we needed real food. That's our ONLY complaint!

Très bon choix pour le petit déjeuner.Personnel aimable.
L'insonorisation des chambres.Le claquement des portes lorsque les premiers clients quittent leur chambre vers 5.30 du matin.Atmosphère morne dans la chambre.

La proximité avec le parc des expos
le petit déjeuner
-le nombre insuffisant de places au restaurant de l'hôtel. Samedi soir, le restaurant était complet! Quand on revient d'une longue journée de travail, c'est très pénible! surtout quand on vous dit qu'il n'y a plus de place alors que nous sommes clients 2x/an (avec plusieurs membres de notre équipe)
- une hôtesse à l'accueil pas très aimable...
