We liked the convenient location for our early morning departure from the Charles de Gaulle airport the next morning. The reservation staff were extremely helpful with information regarding how to get to the correct departure terminal and how to use the CDG VAL rail that was just outside the hotel door. They also ensured I had computer access to print my boarding passes when the common internet printer wouldn't work. Their help was greatly appreciated. We had a very good dinner the night before our flight at the hotel restaurant.

It was too hot in the room and it was impossible to properly adjust the air conditioning. The hall carpet is more room at the height of your benefits. Apart from that thank you for your outstanding performance

We were very happy with this hotel and would recommend it to any friends who have an early flight out of CDG or a late flight in. The location is absolutely terrific (it is AT the "Terminal 1" RER stop--no wondering confusedly about where to go, whether you have the right coins), the hotel rooms are clean and ready for guests. We had a thoroughly pleasant, efficient, comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again.

The dining room, bar,and garden were beautifully done. The food was very good and beautifully served, as most food is in La belle France. Our room was o.k. but not more than that. Your staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is great BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO GET THERE FROM THE EXIT OF THE AIRPORT ARE INSUFFICIENT AS THERE IS ALSO A BUS SHUTTLE .

We took hours to get there from the airport as we tried the BUS shuttle and no-one knew how to direct us. In the end a kind bus driver did us a favour and took us there.
