The location was perfect, easy to access to everywhere.
The cost of breakfast seems to expensive, concerning the quality.
Wasn't instructed that the internet access through the lines (other than WiFi) were charged.
The behavior of the cleaning staff wasn't polite.

The staff were some of the best that we have ever dealt with...very helpful and very friendly. The location was perfect with a tram stop literally a 30sec. walk from the side entrance, and Den Haag Centraal station a 10min. walk away. There is a huge selection of restaurants and cafe's in every direction, and you can walk to the MC Escher Museum in about 10min.
Parking is very limited...maybe a total of 30 spaces that you can access using a lift. We were there during Koninginnedag weekend, so the city center was closed down, but we still managed to park at the hotel.

Friendly staff. An excellent Breakfast choice. Very satisfied by central location to restaurants & easy access to public transport.
Noisy in early hours of morning & woken up on two occasions. Pillows too soft. (UNDER COMFORT) Could do with one firmer pillow & another soft.

Central location
Awful, arrived late at night to find that it was not possible to fit car into car park due to height restrictions. Then found room did not have beds prepared for the children.
After some delay were told that we would be given complimentary adjoining room on the floor below. After more delay it turns out no such rooms exist!, and were therefore given another similar room. The bed was prepared minus the pillows and only 2 towels for 4 people.
