The room was fine except that the arms of the club chairs in the room were quite
badly soiled.
Breakfast was fine.
We did not like the high ambient noise level in the restaurant/function room probably due to the hard floor and table top surfaces.
The meal main course vegetables were undercooked

Good breakfast, car parking behind the hotel, fairly easy access to central Stockholm, as we have lived with you, I think four times is probably the most good.

As we were at a function at the hotel it was perfect for convenience
Felt it was unreasonable to charge, those staying at the hotel, car parking.

I like the luxury feeling of no housework or washing up. Just having a relaxing time.
I found the lighting in my room quite dim.

The price of the Internet was very high considering that a 3G roaming connection is about Gbp 10. On the hotel web page it implies that it is free.

Central Sutton Location. Friendly staff. Nice ambiance.
Awkward to find the entrance to drive into. (Unclear signage from main road.) Limited parking space availability at the hotel. Expensive parking (£7 overnight.) No breakfast included. Insufficient teabags and milk.

I only stayed one night but the staff were helpful and professional, and the room was very comfortable. Good value for money. I have also to thank Eurobookings for a very helpful and efficient service
