The host, specifically the professionalism and friendly receptionist in the morning (Maleck I think), the absence of noise in the room 319, the quality of the coating that prevents odors (no smell of tobacco), quality of breakfast.

The smallness of the shower and the absence of mixing, questionable cleanliness of the bedspread, and the price of the garage is a scam to 1 euro per hour.

It is very well positioned relative to the center of Paris. It is also inexpensive. Very welcome on our arrival and departure.

When we made our check-in, I ask for the atendance if the mensage asking to cancel a prior booking made by Conceicao Cabral, cbecouse she was not able to travel to France at thi moment. The clerk looking for the list of booking and confirm that the booking was caleled. When we arive back to Brazil, we was informed that the Hotel charge on Conceicao Cabral Credit Card the amout of the reservation, as the bookink still on, I mean, the aplication for cancel was not considered, or the Hotel intent to charge the person who made a reseravtion, even when she ask for cancel her reservation.

The location was not the best, becaouse no metro satation near the hotel, so we need to use two trasnport system to reach central area of Paris, but the distance is conveniet for us.

Only the lack of consider our asking, like I said before, regarding to reservation of Coceição Cabral, and due to do not pay attention on our booking and give us, initically, a smoking room, and we ask one no smoking room. So I think tha hotel administration should pay more attentions for the comunications given by the users.
