It was delightful to have had a speedy check in/out service, friendly staffs, a very clean and convenient location-reasonable distance- of the hotel both from the city center and the airport(Stansted London)...

A very good overnight or short break hotel. Staff were at all times helpfull and very polite. Food was average, but very good value for money. Room needed some maintenance...did report and was assured that this would be dealt with. Next time im in Stevenage i will stay again.
Nice decor and great staff.
Room needed some maintenance...nothing serious.
