The rooms were very clean and user friendly. The staff were welcoming and efficient. We have stayed here before and on our return visit the standards were just as good. I feel happy to recommend the hotel for short visits at a very reasonable rate and good standard.

Convenient location for visit purpose. Ease of check in and out. Free parking.
Car park to use not obvious on arrival (on route to hotel pass car park with Matalan sign visible, turned out to be wrong car park and incurred £3.50 charge) would suggest sign to specific car park.

Polite and helpful lady on reception. At the price I paid the hotel was adequate. At the price displayed in reception I wouldn't stay.
I didn't knoe I was allocated a smoking room. The room and bed sheets had a feint aroma of ashtray. The breakfast choice was not good. If there was a "possibly" selection below, I would choose it.

The staff were very helpful could not have asked for better. Will definitely be going back again. Before always used the Ibis in Stevenage not a patch on this hotel.

The friendliness of the staff and their availability, hotel just steps from downtown and shopping area of stevenage.
Bedding a bit "soft" can be.
