Politeness and helpfulness of the staff, I had just arrived back from Boston Mass. and was absolutely worn out, the receptionist offered me a quiet room so I could sleep well. I have used this hotel 3 times now and I am always very satisfied with it.

We were visiting family for one week celebrating our wedding anniversary and my 70th Birthday I want to say how wonderful all the staff were very polite and very helpful ...we ate in the restaurant most evenings and found the food excellent we will not hesitate booking there in the near future we hope you will pass on our gratitude for making our special week so good

First and foremost was the Very Friendly wellcome that greeted our arrival and despite our close proximatey to Stanstead Airport not a sound could be heard of the countless Aircraft Departing and Arriving, The evening meal from the Resturant was worthy of a michelin star rating and the staff were polite friendly and helpfull, Finally the honesty of the staff after leaving my phone in our room was very special,

It was reasonably close to the Airport and comfortable.
I thought the choice of food was poor at the bar,also a little disappointed in the charge of £2.50 from Airport to Hotel. people staying at the Radisson would have had no charge because you could walk their from the Airport.
