Topaz Hotel

This would have to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Our first room had dirty stained bedspreads, the bathroom was filthy, smelt and there were ants in it, the pillows were either hard and lumpy or were filled with air, and everytime you moved whilst lying on the mattress a spring stuck into you. Also the noise level from the karaoke etc in your room was over the top. A dogs kennel would have been more comfortable. After complaining we were given a second room, this was slightly better, however the mattress was so bad I ended up having to go to a chiropractor when I got home from it. I have never stayed anywhere where the springs of the mattress dug into you. The owners of this hotel should be looking to replace the mattresses and pillows immediately. It would have to be the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. I think this hotel should be shut down or the rating dropped to a 1 star. I can't believe I paid money for this hotel, in fact they should have paid me for staying there.

Really happy to have received the package for the hotel eurobookings Topaz Hotel Bugibba ... very happy with the value for money .. and surely I'll just make another trip with the services offered by eurobooking for the convenience appreciated.
