The position of the hotel
We have stayed at his hotel several times in previous years but his time we thought it was very tired and greatly in need of re-furbishment, bed clean & comfortable but furniture very old. Our Grandson's highchair very never cleaned from one baby to the next, disappointing.

It was such a relaxing and nice experience. It was great accomodating ourselves and dolmen resort hotel and spa. The staff really welcoming. The room was such a nice one for the price we paid. We'll surely give another visit to the hotel. We hope there would be other opportunities in the near future with the same prices :)
We had some problems with the jacuzzi. it wasnt working very good, but it was a very nice experience after all. Besides that, we had some problems with other foreign residents which came by to us telling some things which she wasn't suppose to say. But, anyways it was an experience to remember..i hope when we go again we will have the same service like we had and even the same room if possible. It was amazing!!! tnx 4 everything

Not much. Cafe Delos food and staff very good.,
The remaining staff need to smile and acquire some basic people skills and the dining room staff need some basic table waiting skills as they removed plates before we finished eating. Reception staff need to smile and be more helpful
