The food was good and the staff polite
The pool is very very small. Advertised spa on the roof only consisted of a Jacuzzi. Choice during meals very limited with antipasti being exactly the same for 3 consecutive days.

The home (very nice and helpful), the value astounding, infrastructure, breakfast.
The rooms could be made a little more carefully, in a pinch. But nothing shocking!

Tasty food, spacieus rooms at Suite part of the hotel, short distance to bus stops, quite friendly waiters at lobby bar and restarant.
Small swimming-pool, small lobby (typical for two stars hotel), small recration area, longer distance to sea.

The room was comfortable & clean. The check-in service was very good.
The 'view' from the room was hopeless in that the balconies of the other rooms were practically touching with ours. The breakfast could be improved too and selection extended.

Thank you for wanting our opinion, we had a lovely stay there, value for money 08/10, of course nothing is a ten out of ten, but..... only some of your staff in the reception were very helpful, (Ian & Nadia), the rest sorry, not so. Eugine, absoulutely fantastic!!! (perhaps a staff member of the month award voted by the customers would bring the standard up,) Breakfast we could not fault, if anything,perhaps more fruit/healthy food and less fatty cooked food, that is all we can suggest, but apart from that it was more than we could you ask for!! location great!! again, thank you & when we return to Malta, we will be coming back!!!

The location and also the price was great!
I did not like the fact that there was no-where to wash or dry your clothes yourself. I do not want to go on holidays & pay for someone to do my laundry as I am very, very fussy on my laundry, unfortunately, if a hotel in Malta offers your own laundry facilities, I unfortunately will book into that hotel, over Bella Vista.
