Lovely hotel, swapped room size at no extra cost,would use again..
The lamp did not work and there was pubic hair in the bath

The hotel & staff were very good.
The way to the car parking could have been better, if you did'nt know where it was like us, its difficult to find with the hotel being on a busy roundabout & we did'nt realise there was a charge, but now we know I can't see that being a problem in the future.

The reception staff were very welcoming when we arrived, the roon was very warm considering the very cold weather (Dec; 18t). A Perfect Hotel to board our cruise ship. Will certainly use it again, May also use the New Plymouth Hotel,in the near future.
