Breakfast wasn't served until 6am our flight was at 6.35am so we had no breakfast also eating there was overpriced.....

The value for money with regards to hotel standard/breakfast was excellent.
The shuttle bus service was deplorable, both pick up and return was a free for all with a small bus and three times the passengers, nobody would queue resulting in chaos. We reported to the hotel staff and were assured the next morning would be a bigger bus. Same small bus and chaos....no fun

The staff was multilingual, friendly, and helpful. The airport is out in the middle of nowhere and after a hard day of traveling to get there, it was like an oasis. It was also very convenient to get there with their airport shuttle, which runs every hour. The hot and cold breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise.

Staff was very courteous and the level of comfort,security and ease of travel to the airport.
The shuttle was not very accessible:could provide better service.

The airport shuttle is a big advantage for this hotel. No problem to get from airport to hotel.
1 The Internet is with extra fee. In our days internet should be no special.
2 The Internet station which is next to the bar is shabby.
3 The bar is not inviting. It is very cold with white uncomfortable chairs/sitting.
4 Very easy to improve: Make internet free and use the extra space which is won for much better bar area with music. Than people would also spend money for a bear or two.
5. The breakfast is worse than it was 2 years ago. Always same boiled egg with bacon and toast.

Die Adresse auf dem Computer-ausgestellt reservetion gegeben war unzureichend. Case Nuove ist ein langer Weg von Somma Lombardo. Eine bessere Beschreibung, wie man dorthin kommt wäre hilfreich gewesen. Alles andere war sehr gut.
