The room and common areas were very clean and modern. Very close to the airport.
I booked your hotel mainly because it offered a shuttle to the airport; however, the shuttle didn't run early enough for us to make our flight so we had to take a taxi. The taxi driver charged us and another family $30 Euros for a 4 minute ride to the airport! There were at least three guests that had to take taxis that morning. If your hotel advertises an airport shuttle it should be available at all times.

Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff and several restaurants in nearby walking distance. Regular shuttle service to Malpensa. Great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport.

The room and the staff.
The restaurant closed early and there is nothing really around to go eat.
This is very inconvenient.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. A little sparse. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. For example, their business center computer printer refused to print. So, the helful manager had me email my document to the front desk printer, and printed it for me.
If possible, make the rooms a little "homier."

Propreté, hôtel moderne
Pas de shuttle le soir. L'employé nous a annoncé que nous aurions dû réserver un shuttle. J'avais téléphoné avant d'arriver à Milan et on m'avait affirmé qu'il n'y aurait pas de problèmes. De plus nous avons essayé d'appeler l'hôtel depuis l'aéroport, personne n'a répondu. Nous avons dû prendre à nos frais un taxi.

Difficult to figure out the shuttle services. I had to hire a taxi to take me to the hotel. It would have been helpful to have information about the shuttle services and the airport personnel were worthless . Also the shuttle back to airport was full and had to take the next one, which caused some distress. The staff was very nice and helpful. Also they charged a high price for wifi and television. No other place I stayed during my trip charged , so I would probably book somewhere else if I ever went to Italy again.
